Service Description

Ovatio provides automated review request and response management for local businesses. By subscribing, you authorize Ovatio to send SMS review requests to your customers (with their prior consent) and to post responses to your Google Business Profile reviews on your behalf.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that customers whose contact information you provide have given prior express written consent to receive SMS messages. You must comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR where applicable.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. SMS overages (beyond 500/month) are billed at $0.005 per message.

Limitation of Liability

Ovatio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. AI-generated review responses are provided as suggestions; you remain responsible for content posted to your Google Business Profile.
