Information We Collect

We collect information you provide during signup (name, email, business details) and information from third-party services you connect (Google Business Profile). We also collect customer contact information (name, phone number) that you provide for the purpose of sending review requests.

SMS Communications

We send SMS messages only to customers who have provided prior express written consent. Message frequency varies based on transaction volume. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@getovatio.com.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to provide the Ovatio service: sending review requests to your customers, posting responses to your Google reviews, and generating monthly performance reports. We never sell your data or your customers' data.

Data Retention

We retain your business data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, we delete your data within 30 days. Customer contact information is deleted 90 days after your account closes.
